Looking back on another great year of delivering safe & fun seated surf sessions with the awesome @coastalcrusaders CIC team 🤙 

Six years ago whilst surfing, I survived my 1st stroke. At 44 yrs old, a husband & father of twins - I woke up to find my life had changed forever.

My passion to surf again fuelled my recover like nothing else. I figured it might be a good to share this energy with others & promote a positive, safe & fun space to just go surfing regardless of percepted ability or barriers. 

The theory that the Ocean heals, is real to me! 🌊🌊🌊

Throughout my recovery trip I have met the most incredible people who want to promote/ participate in sharing smiles and stoke 🙏❤️
